Aftercare Treatment Programs
Aftercare, or transitional living programs are for young people transitioning out of Primary care back into the world while receiving therapeutic support and community.

The program has to be owned by a family, not backed by venture capitalists of corporations
Family Owned
The program must be ran by the owners, we want the clients treated like family
Family Operated
The programs must have a state license and be in good standing with the state Board
State Licensed
The program must have a national accreditation and meet their appropriate standards, like Joint Commission or CARF.

The program must use evidence based, scientifically proven, safe treatment modalities and have outcome studies to back it up.

Our mission is to provide families a network of therapeutic programs for adolescents and young adults owned and run by families, not venture capitalists or giant corporations. Programs and families whose hearts are in it for the right reasons. Programs that will treat you and your loved one with care, dignity and respect and not like a number or "bottom line".
